The services which were provided by this toll free number are rolled out and you will be able to query about any questions you have regarding cashless transactions. This helpline will help you clear the doubts and queries regarding various platforms including the Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) App, e-Wallets, Aadhaar-enabled payment system, and USSD.

“The helpline ‘14444’ is available in North as well as Eastern part of the country in English and Hindi and will soon be extended pan India, and in other languages,” said J.S. Deepak, Telecom Secretary. This number will be helpful for many people which can give you knowledge about the cashless apps which are now available in the play store.

After introducing various ways of using the Digital payments for making India cashless transactions, this helpline aims at those customers who use the cashless transactions using USSD, UPI, BHIM, or any digital payment platform. The services are provided by IT-BPO companies along with private sector telecom companies. This is a great introduction for all the users who are having trouble using BHIM app and other important e-wallet apps.
